Purchasing a property in the GTA has been a challenging ordeal for many years. This is true for younger professionals attempting to invest in such a competitive market. Mural assisted my cousin and I on our first property investment in 2015. Eight years later, we are ready to invest in a second property. With the challenges of rising inflation combined with rising interest rates, the race was on to find a property. Just like the anxiety and nerves we experienced during our house hunt as a first time home buyer, purchasing a second property was more stressful. Our search began with many uncertainties. Was this the right time to invest? What is the forecasting for the Bank of Canada rates? What type of competition will we face? Mural was patient and professional throughout our search process. After seven months of searching, and placing offers on half-a-dozen properties (only to be outbid), our search finally came to an end. Mural negotiated, and our offer was accepted. One week after the initial offer was presented, conditions were waived and we purchased our second property. Mural is knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
